i was very fortunate to have a great mother, and i am equally blessed to have friends and family who i look to for guidance during this period of early motherhood. however, the other day i got some advice from an unexpected source...miss vivian. i had laid bauer down for his nap when i heard his door open...upon investigation, i saw vivian coming out of his room. fearing she had waken him, i stuck my head in the door....but vivian had other ideas...she gently tugged on my arm and whispered, "quite pleeeeease, mommy, MY babies are sleeping! come on i'll give you manmans." (these are the EXACT words i say to her, when i am bribing her!) i almost fell over laughing, then i realized she had said babies--plural. when i went back to check this is what i saw...
indeed, miss vivian, the BABIES are sleeping!! :)

Vivian has the most amazing personality!! I am sitting here cracking up at my desk right now!! She is so lucky to have a such a good mommy and she wants to follow right in your footsteps. Precious!! I don't see my two dogs letting Caroline do what Bauer is doing, time will tell!!!
